While we ap­pre­ci­ate all health­care providers, we only serve at­tend­ing physi­cians licensed to prac­tice al­lo­path­ic or os­teo­path­ic med­i­cine and their minor children.

 NOTE: “Doctor” means attending M.D. or D.O. or D.P.M. We do not serve residents, interns, Chiropractors, Dentists or Dental surgeons.
